Ordering Online: Online ordering is safe and secure and available 24/7 using our secure shopping cart. All credit card information is collected using a SSL secure server. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All information you submit is protected by encryption software.

Ordering By Phone: You can call us at (661) 587-9163 to place an order. Our business hours are 10 am to 4 pm PST, Monday through Friday. We are closed on all major holidays and weekends. There are times when we are in the studio and you will reach our machine. Be sure to leave a number where we can reach you. We recommend you do not leave your order on the machine as sound quality and clarity can be an issue and we may have questions for you regarding your order.

Ordering By Mail: If you are more comfortable mailing in your order you can simply print out your shopping cart order. Please keep in mind, our order processing time begins after we receive your completed order form and payment, not from the day you mail it. You can mail your completed order form with your payment to the address above.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks and money orders or Paypal. We are sorry, but we cannot accept CODs for online orders. No orders can be shipped until the payment has been processed.
Visa Paypal Mastercard Discover and American Express Please note: Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check has cleared. This may take up to 2 weeks. NSF Checks will incur a $30 fee for each time the bank rejects the deposit. If your credit card charges are declined, we will make every effort to contact you by phone or email. If charges are not accepted within three (3) days, your order will be cancelled. If paying by check or money order, your order will be held for a period of ten (10) days. If payment is not received within that time, your order will be cancelled without notice. If you opt to use Paypal to send an E-check your order will not ship until the E-check clears. E-checks can take up to 5 business days to clear.

Sales Tax: Sales tax of 7.50 percent will be charged on all orders shipped to California addresses.

Minimums: We have no minimum retail ordering requirement.

Processing / Availability: Many of our products are made at the time you place your order to insure you are receiving the freshest product possible. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends and major holidays. We strive for the quickest turnaround time possible after we have received your payment, however, during very busy times, processing may take an extra day or two. Any major delays will be posted on our site. We reserve the right to adjust shipping times without prior notice. If you need your items sooner, we can offer expedited processing and shipping for some items at an additional charge. This service is subject to our workload and product availability. Please contact us for details.

Autumn's Eve does not guarantee availability of all products at all times. There may be instances when certain items are not available due to their seasonal nature or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not place items on back order or accept pre-orders of out of stock items. If an item is out of stock we will indicate this on our website and the item will not be available for order. If you wish, we can notify you by email when the item is available again.

Order Status: To check on the status of your order, you can email us by clicking here. Be sure to include your name, order number, email address, and telephone number. If you are a registered user, you can simply login to your account to check your order status and history.

Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel or change your order you must do so within 24 hours. You must contact us by email or phone with your order number and information within that timeframe. Absolutely no changes or cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.

Shipping: We ship via FED EX Ground and USPS. Shipping charges are based on a table by purchase amount.

Current Shipping Rates: We ship USPS continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska and it is calculated at time of checkout. We will contact you by email for Canadian rates.
Shipping is FOB Bakersfield, California. Packages shipped by USPS may take up to 9 days to some zones. Please keep this in mind when placing gift orders to allow for processing and delivery time. We don't want you to be disappointed.

Shipping Addresses: PLEASE double check your shipping address when ordering. If you enter the wrong address, it is your responsibility to make sure we have corrected it in our database by calling or emailing us as soon as possible. Shipments delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake are not our responsibility. Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If you are unavailable at the time the shipping carrier attempts delivery, you are responsible for rescheduling the delivery. If you do not claim your package or you refuse a shipment and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges associated with the reshipping of your package. If a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package is no longer wanted by the customer, a 20% restocking fee will apply and an online store credit in the amount of the balance less shipping charges and fees will be issued to the customer.

Multiple Addresses: Please place a separate order for items going to multiple addresses. Shipping charges are calculated for each order separately.

International Orders: At this time we are currently shipping only to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Return Policy: Due to the "personal" nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds. We cannot accept returns on our products and still guarantee their purity for other customers. If you are unsure about any product, please purchase a sample size before purchasing a full size item. We offer sample sizes in several products or smaller sizes at affordable prices. If you have any questions regarding our products we are always available to assist you in making selections.

Please note: Our products are handmade and therefore, slight variations are expected. Though we always strive for consistency, without machines, this is not always possible. Some techniques, particularly soap colors, swirls, and designs cannot be duplicated exactly from batch to batch. We do want you to be consistently satisfied with the products you receive. We understand that occasionally circumstances beyond our control may sometimes result in imperfect merchandise. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us so we may resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Damaged Shipments: Please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. Should you receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of the damage, keep all packaging materials intact, then notify us and the shipping carrier. You must submit damage claims directly to the shipping carrier. We will be happy to assist you in making damage claims, however, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Placing an order with us constitutes your acceptance of this policy.

Disclaimer: Autumn's Eve or any agent thereof will not be held responsible for any injury due to the use of our products. We comply with FDA standards for the production, handling, and proper labeling of our products. We list all ingredients used in our products. Persons with sensitivities or allergies to any listed ingredient should not use those products. Should you develop a rash or allergy from any of our products discontinue use immediately. Please be aware, some products may contain nuts or nut butters or oils (this includes shea butter), or are made with equipment that may come into contact with nuts. Those with nut sensitivities should avoid any such products. We provide a complete listing of ingredients with each item online. If you have concerns regarding any product please contact us for further information.

As with all bath or cosmetic items, please test on a small area of skin if you have a known skin allergy or are sensitive to fragrances. Avoid getting any bath or body products in or near eyes. Please keep products away from children unless deemed appropriate for use by children. Do not use products for anything other than the purpose for which they were created. We will not be held liable for misuse, allergic reactions or any injury suffered from the known or unknown and consenting use of our products. By purchasing products from Autumn's Eve you acknowledge this policy and release us from liability if such a situation should arise.

We make absolutely no medical claims for any of our products. All of our products should be used with the same care and caution as any other bath or household product. Autumn's Eve assumes no liability for claims arising from the misuse of our products. The contents of this website are for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Always consult your doctor if you are pregnant, lactating, or have any other health conditions or concerns before applying these products.
